What initially began as a hobby and a part time job, Holley Floral + Design developed from a common love of flowers, events, and people. After finishing a bachelors degree in Event Management and a Masters degree in Public Administration, Starlee combined her formal education with her love of flowers to begin the business in 2017.

 

After moving back to her hometown of Las Vegas, she enlisted the expertise of her mother-in-law who has worked with wedding and event flowers since 2001. Although a mother/daughter in law duo may seem like an unlikely business pair, their similar love for flowers, people and events made Betsey a clear choice for a partner. Betsey's background in floral installations, interior design, and event planning adds vision and experience to the team.
